On November 2nd, at 3 p.m., The Boro Dawgs presents their celebrated Chili Cook-off at Chuggers and you're invited. Enter your best recipe for a $10 entry fee, and pay a $5 fee for judging and grubbing. Win cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Invite anyone you know who can make outstanding chili.
