About the Event
The annual Grill for Good event is coming up on Saturday, June 10. Join the Kent Junior Chamber of Commerce (Kent Jaycees) from Noon - 6:00 pm at the Hometown Bank Plaza for a day filled with grilled food, craft beer, live music and sunshine. Up to 15 local foodies, professional and amateur alike, will compete in a grilling cook-off. Attendees will get to sample the delicious creations and can visit the craft beer trailer to wash down the scrumptious samples with a crisp beverage. Live entertainment will take place throughout the day on the Hometown Bank stage, featuring The Bluestones [12 pm - 2 pm], City of Invention [2 pm - 4 pm], and Randy Horvath [4 pm - 6 pm]. Admission is $15 and includes 10 tickets to use on food and drinks. An additional 10 tickets can be purchased for $15. Proceeds from Grill for Good benefit Coleman Professional Services, Family & Community Services, and the Kent Jaycees. We look forward to eating, drinking and jamming with you on June 10!
