Restrictions For Hot Air Balloon Ride Winner include the individual must be able to climb into the hot air balloon unassisted and hold onto the basket. There is a weight limit for the rider of 280 pounds. The rider must also be over 18 years of age. Should it rain, a rain date is to be scheduled directly with hot air balloon operator.
